Return and Refund Policy

At BLUGUAP, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized products
Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Shop@bluguap.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
